We offer picnic lunches, lobster dinners and dessert and tea for private groups that charter Jenny
Norman. As with any of our sails, our guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages.
Our picnic lunches consist of a sandwich, fruit, snack (like popcorn or chips), homemade cookies
and water and/or sparkling water. The following is a list of sandwich choices:
Roast beef with sweet and sour red onions, blue cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise on
Borealis Bread (rustic European-style loaf, locally made)
Ham and swiss with lettuce, honey mustard and mayo on Borealis Bread.
Prosciutto and olivada with fresh basil and mozzarella on Borealis Sourdough.
Tomato, fresh basil, mozzarella, lettuce and mayo on Borealis Bread.
The cost is $10/lunch in addition to the chartering fare.
As with our moon-rise dessert sails, we like to prepare a seasonal dessert served with herbal tea.
Some of our favorite sailing-friendly desserts have been Rhubarb Upside Down Cake, Blueberry
Pound Cake, Lemon Cake with Lemon Glaze and Gingerbread Cake. The cost for a simple
dessert and tea menu is $35.

| Lobster Dinner 1 1/2 lb. lobster with drawn butter and lemon wedges Ear of corn Dinner roll and butter Broccoli Salad Brownies and Lemon Bars Water and/or sparkling water $75 pp (10 guest minimum) - these sails are generally at least three hours which includes time at a peaceful and picturesque anchorage while we eat. |
